Our office is minutes from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. From the airport, take Hwy 202 East to the Hwy 101 North. Continue north, until exiting at Via de Ventura. Continue west on Via de Ventura until turning north on Hayden Road. Turn west onto Royal Palm Dr into the 8300 N Hayden Rd complex into the 8300 building parking lot. Covered spaces 46 and 55 are reserved for Dr. Tallman’s patients.
